Pastor Christine Miles was born and raised in Washington, DC where she attended DC public schools as well as the University of the District of Columbia. While pursuing a degree in Psychology, she was also employed by the Federal Government for a number of years and later worked for the American Chemical Society in downtown D.C. Along with her husband, Pastor Ronald W. Miles, they have raised three (3) beautiful daughters, and are now also very proud grandparents.
Raised in Shaw United Methodist Church under the guidance of the late Reverend E.W. Stevenson, Sr., Pastor Christine received her call to ministry. It was under Elder Stevenson's nurturing and encouragement that she began to pursue ministry and teach the Word of God. Having served in numerous roles in the church over the years, the biggest challenge came when she and her husband co-founded Bethel Christian Fellowship, Mighty Warriors Ministries. Initially serving as First Lady to Pastor Ronald Miles, later she was ordained by Bishop Gilbert Colemen, Freedom Christian Bible Fellowship, Philadelphia, PA to serve as Co-Pastor.
Convicted by the move of the Holy Spirit through His Word as recorded in the book of Esther, Pastor Christine heeded the voice of God; responded; and has since then, walked in her calling.
Pastors Ronald and Christine Miles are the founding Pastors of Bethel Christian Fellowship, located at 2220 Martin Luther King Jr., Avenue, in Southeast Washington, D.C.
